Ingredients :

-Grape 1 cup
-blueberries 1/3 cup
-swiss creamy cheese 60g or 2 oz
-feta cheese feta cheese 1/8 cup
-sesame sees 1 tbsp
-ancient grain cracker or any other one 2 each
-pineapple 1/4 cup
-Avocado 2 slice

Directions :

to make the cheese ball, grind the walnut and mix it well with feta and creamy cheese, roll into the sesame seed and add it to your salad.
