3 boneless chicken breasts
1 garlic clove
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1/2 cup water
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup of soy sauce
1/4 cup apple juice
1/4 teaspoon ginger
2 tablespoons ketchup (optional)
1/3 teaspoon of red pepper flakes ,crushed
Heat oil in a large skillet.
Cut chicken breasts into bite size pieces
Add chicken pieces and cook until lightly browned.
Remove chicken and add remaining ingredients, heating over medium Heat until well mixed.
Add chicken and bring to a hard boil.
Simmer and cook for about 23 minutes.
Serve over hot rice and sprinkle some sesame over it.
