One Pan Dinner: Chicken, Potatoes & Green beans

Fragrant, flavorful, delicious, and easy One Pan Dinner

I love one-pan meals, especially when no measuring and exact ingredients are involved. I made this one Sunday when I didn’t want to babysit my food in the kitchen! Turned out great, and I served it with tzatziki sauce. I classify this recipe as the best chicken dishes for dinner

Ingredients :
3 chicken breasts
4 medium red potatoes
green beans (or broccoli!)
1/2 stick of butter, melted
Italian dressing mix packet

Directions :
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cut the chicken breasts in half.
Cut the potatoes into small chunks.
Spray the bottom of a 13×9 pan, put the chicken in the middle, potatoes on one side and green beans on the other side.
Top with half a package of Italian dressing and pour melted butter over the top.

Reviews :

Merry: Delicious & fragrant! I worried that everything would be over seasoned, but that wasn’t the case. Used (thin-sliced) chicken breasts instead of thighs/legs and reduced cooking time by 10 minutes.

Cheesemit : Fragrant, flavorful, delicious, and easy. Leftovers are great on top of a Greek salad. Yum! i loooove Chicken recipes (best chicken dishes for dinner)

Jody : Gotta love the one-pan recipes. Easy to prepare and tons of flavor. This was a hit all around the table. We used broccoli instead of green beans. Other than that, followed recipe exactly. This one’s a keeper. Thanks for sharing best chicken dishes for dinner

caligirl: Well, wasn’t this easy and delicious! I used Greek seasoning instead of the lemon and herb; two bone-in skin-on chicken breast halves that I wanted to use up; frozen green beans instead of fresh and tossed them in the oil and seasoning mixture while they thawed; and everything else as written. I just love the smell of fresh lemon juice, and it really made this dish. Such a tasty meal, and so easy to prepare. Thank you
